Meet Rachel, Founder & Lead Consultant

My name is Rachel Surman and I've had anxiety since I was 12 years old.  Today, at age 30, I'm a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and Anxiety Coach Consultant who has learned to not let anxiety defeat me.
