Through a highly personalized 12-week program, we’ll dive deep into your unique struggles and goals. I’ll guide you step-by-step with actionable strategies, tailored exercises, and compassionate support to help you achieve lasting calm and clarity. We'll connect a few times a month via phone calls and video chats to go work through all the steps of recovery.

Group Coaching

We'll meet a few times out of the month to tackle your same pain points, but it will be through a platform where you an opening interact with your group. With my guidance and the support of others, I believe it will be the ultimate solution for taking back your life!
